FUNMAT HT

FUNMAT HT is a 3D printer of functional materials such as PEEK, ULTEM (PEI), PPSU, PC, Nylon, ABS, PLA and many others. The high temperatures of the extruder (up to 450 ° C), the table (160 ° C) and the chamber (90 ° C) guarantee prints without deformation and cracking.

PEEK

PEEK is considered a thermoplastic for its performance, offering exceptional chemical resistance and excellent mechanical properties, in addition to high temperatures. PEI (ULTEM™)

PEI (polyetherimide) material, often called ULTEM ™, requires a high nozzle extrusion temperature, heated table and closed 3D printer with heated chamber. These polymers are used when the demand requires low wear and chemical resistance and at high temperatures. ULTEM ™ 1010 is an amorphous and transparent resin that offers high fluidity and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 215ºC. With ULTEM ™ 9085 it is possible to obtain parts with excellent properties at high temperatures, with its glass transition (Tg) of 186ºC.
